Causal Factor Chart and Fault Tree Template
Download our FREE Microsoft® Excel™ worksheet template. Using this template allows you to document your causal factor charts and fault trees. There is no special software to purchase, install, or learn. Documenting your analyses is a simple, straightforward process that can be performed on any computer that has Excel installed. It also allows you to easily e-mail the document to others in your company; they don’t need a special program to view or comment on your analysis. And, your analyses can be easily inserted into a Microsoft Word document.
