This telephone number is staffed continuously by one of our lead investigators and is a United States exchange (country code 01). In rare cases, the call will not go through because the lead investigator is talking with another client or the phone is temporarily in a geographic area without adequate signal coverage. If this happens, leave a message on the voice mail system, and the lead investigator will be quickly informed of your attempt to call.

If you have questions or non-urgent issues that you would like to discuss with a lead investigator, send an e-mail to investigate@absconsulting.com and expect a lead investigator to reply within 1 business day. Or call us at 865-966-5232 during normal business hours and ask to speak with a lead incident investigator.
