The Course
The International Maritime Organization's International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code imposed requirements for maritime security on certain vessels and port/waterfront facilities that interface with such vessels. This course addresses the standards of training required for port staff and security staff in order to make sure port security staff are capable of training themselves and other staff in accordance with the ISPS Code.

This course is ideal for any personnel who are to be appointed to train security staff and facility staff or any members of a port facility security team. No prior security experience is needed.
