This course is ideal for any organisation that is developing its own in house training capability for any of the technical expertise taught on our existing courses or as a result of our technical consultancy. It is designed to accompany one of our existing courses to give you a bespoke training capability. It is intended for any instructors and assessors who are responsible for the development and conduct of training and seminars. Course participants will become familiar with training techniques, formulating a training plan, developing and delivering training. This course is of value to those who plan and conduct training at any level within their organisation as it teaches the principles of good training design and delivery.
