Charles D. Crealese
Principal and Geologist
GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
Mr. Crealese is a Principal and Geologist at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., and has been conducting pre-transactional site assessments for over twenty-three years. He has conducted over 2500 environmental site assessments in over 30 states. He has been an active member of ASTM's E-50 Committee which developed a national consensus standard for Phase I property transfer assessments. He was also a member of the E-50 Committee which developed standard for Phase II environmental site assessments.
Mr. Crealese is also a Registered Third Party Right-to-Know Instructor and a Registered Environmental Property Assessor with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.
