Ms. Mudd has over 18 years of professional experience in leadership and technical management and development. She has experience with service that excelled in numerous industries including expertise in documentation that supports OSHA 1910.119 and DOT 192/195 compliance regulations, as well as the DOT drug and alcohol, public awareness, OQ programs and pipeline integrity management programs.

She has been recognized in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, is an OSHA Construction and General Industry Outreach Trainer, a NCCER Operator Qualification Proctor/Performance Evaluator, Veriforce Operator Qualification Evaluator, American Red Cross Workplace Training-First Aid, Adult and Infant CPR Instructor and Clock Spring Instructor.

Ms. Mudd has held the job titles of Senior Project Manager, Manager of Regulatory Affairs, President/Founder of Starr Technical Resources, LLC, Consultant, Desktop Publisher, Team Leader, Technical Writer and Training Specialist.

Ms. Mudd is recognized as an expert in evaluating compliance adherence for DOT CFR 49 192 and 195, OSHA 1910.119, process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals, identifying discrepancies in compliance programs, submitting recommendations and either facilitating or creating documentation to adhere to the appropriate regulatory statutes. She has successfully completed such projects for PPG Industries, Discovery Producer Services, LLC, NOVA Chemical, Citgo Petroleum Companies, the Williams Companies and the Lyondell-Citgo Refineries.
