Carl V. Huber
Professional Engineer
Huber Environmental, Inc.
Mr. Huber has over thirty years of experience as an engineering consultant with expertise in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, water quality planning and permitting, compliance auditing, and regulatory negotiation. He serviced as a consultant to the U.S. Senate Committee during the drafting of the 1987 Clean Water Act Amendments.
Mr. Huber is a past president of the Water Environment Federation and is also a consultant for the United Nations World Environmental Committee where his assignments have included Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, and Jordan. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and a Professional Engineer in many states.
