Eric L. Hiser

Mr. Hiser is a senior environmental partner with Jorden Bischoff & Hiser, PLC. He has had extensive practice in air quality permitting with a particular emphasis on PSD and Title V permitting. He has successfully defended several PSD enforcement actions and has represented steel mills, copper operations, oil and gas, pipelines, metal fabricators, electronics/high-tech manufacturing, and other businesses.
Mr. Hiser is a principal author of the Arizona Environmental Law Handbook, 3rd ed., and the South Carolina Environmental Law Handbook, 3rd ed.
