Mr. Hoffnagle is a Senior Vice President and Technical Director of TRC Environmental Corporation. He has over thirty years of air quality, meteorology, and modeling experience to clients across many industrial categories in every region of the country. He has served as a consultant to the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturer's Association, the American Petroleum Institute, the American Mining Congress, and the Utility Air Regulatory Group among others.
Mr. Hoffnagle is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist and a Qualified Environmental Professional. He is a past president of the Air and Waste Management Association.
