Jim McDonald
President
Triangle Risk Management
James McDonald is the founder of Triangle Risk Management and is currently working with Universal Systems Technology (UNITECH).
Mr. McDonald served as an active duty Captain in the U.S. Coast Guard. His final tour of duty was as the Federal Maritime Security Coordinator and Commander of U.S. Coast Guard Sector Boston. In this position, he led 600 personnel performing 24/7 maritime security and safety operations for the state of Massachusetts, its major port complexes, and a coastal zone extending 200 miles from shore.
He holds a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance and is ICS 400 certified.
He is currently partnering with ABS Consulting teams working on port-wide risk assessments for San Francisco, CA; Houston-Galveston, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Charleston, SC; and Corpus Christi, TX. |
