John Farquharson is the Manager of Quantitative Risk Assessment Services for ABS Consulting. He has 20 years of experience in system reliability engineering, safety analysis, and risk assessment.
Mr. Farquharson has been the project manager and lead analyst for several quantitative risk assessments of nuclear, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical processes. He has led and participated in several process hazard analyses for the nuclear, petrochemical, mining, and pharmaceutical industries. He recently provided risk assessment and project management support for two efforts to develop safety analysis reports for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Mr. Farquharson is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Tennessee and a Certified Reliability Analyst.
