Michael Leadley
Senior Lecturer/Marine Advisor

Mr. Leadley is with Millennium Maritime Services. He is also an advisor to clients in the United Kingdom Eastern Europe and South America. Previously, he was with Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, Ltd.
Mr. Leadley is engaged by the UK Overseas Development Agency as a technical expert on maritime management and assessment projects in Singapore and the Philippines. He also tutors technical courses relating to ISO 9000 requirements for design and development.
