Michael P. Carvalho

Mr. Carvalho is an experienced environmental real estate attorney who practices throughout the U.S. His clients include commercial and industrial real estate developers, national lending organizations, REITs and several Fortune 100 companies. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an environmental consultant specializing in the assessment of commercial and industrial real estate for environmental impairment liability.
He is a contributing author to ASTM's National Standards for Completing Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-97).
