Joseph M. Santarella, Jr.
Santarella & Eckert, LLC
Mr. Santarella specializes in environmental litigation and permit matters for his own law firm. Previously, he worked as an enforcement attorney with the U.S. EPA Region 8 and with the Natural Resource Division of the Department of Justice. He has worked in all the major statutes such as CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, TSCA, NEPA, and Clean Air and Clean Water, particularly wetlands permits and NPDES enforcement.
Mr. Santarella has published numerous articles on environmental law and has authored a chapter on enforcement and liability in the Environmental Law Handbook, 17th edition.
