Robert Skoglund, Ph.D., DABT, CSP, CIH

Dr. Robert Skoglund has over fifteen years of experience in hazard communication and other aspects of regulatory and applied toxicology. He is presently technical manager of regulatory toxicology for 3M, where his responsibilities include oversight of product EHS issues, including global hazard communication.
Dr. Skoglund is board certified in toxicology, industrial hygiene, and safety. He has authored a number of publications and is active in a number of professional societies and trade organizations, including a work group for ANSI and the coordinating committee for International Harmonization. He is an officer in the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication.
