Mr. Watson has over thirty years of litigation practice throughout the country in environmental issues such as mass toxic tort, air, water, Superfund, and hazardous waste. He is particularly versed in the Clean Water and Clean Air Acts, Superfund and solid and hazardous waste matters. He has specialized in defending companies in mass toxic tort litigation including class action suits.
Mr. Watson has served as chair of both state and national bar environmental sections. He has authored numerous articles and taught law at the university level.
