Mr. Albert is a Senior Program Manager with AECOM Environment. He has more than thirty years of experience in compliance auditing, permitting, compliance management, and training. Among his key projects, he served as project director of waste contract audit programs for generators of hazardous waste. He has conducted more than 400 audits of landfills, injection wells, incinerators, solvent recovery facilities, and other waste treatment facilities.

Mr. Albert is an expert in leading and conducting audits for conformance with both international standards such as ISO 14001 and environmental, health, and safety regulations. In addition to work with industry clients, he also provides financial institutions with due diligence support such as environmental site assessments and third party review. He has developed protocols and quantitative evaluation models for the assessment of waste management technologies.
