Integration with Microsoft Office

Why isolate your data when you can integrate it with the Office suite?

  • Publish fully formatted Word documents from your LEADER data. The Publish to Word Wizard guides you in generating Word tables that can then be further customized, pasted into your standard reports, shared with others via e-mail or posted to your intranet.

  • Create custom queries and reports with Access. You can start from scratch or use our Access-based Utilities to help get you started. Each HazardReview LEADER project is actually a globally compatible Microsoft Access database file, so there's no importing or exporting necessary.

  • Roll up LOPA scenarios to Excel.   Used in conjunction with LEADER Links, the LOPA Wizard helps you gather all the safeguards and recommendations along a link path from an initiating cause to the ultimate consequence to create an Excel spreadsheet consistent with the more advanced style of LOPA described in CCPS's LOPA guidance book.

  • Impress management with a one-click PowerPoint show.   When the hazard review meeting is complete, one click will present your study's recommendations in a professionally formatted PowerPoint presentation that will make any management group stop and take notice.

  • Track action items with Outlook.  Click a button to generate an Outlook (or Lotus Notes) task for each of your LEADER action items.  Assign each task to the person responsible, send periodic email reminders and track it to completion.
