Construction Monitoring
Construction and Installation Services
ABS Consulting provides a full range of onsitesupport
and survey services. These services make sure that equipment
and structures are manufactured and fabricated to owner and
regulatory specifications. Some of these services include:

Material inspection and verification (hull construction,
machinery installation and piping systems)

Coating inspection to confirm that surface preparations
and film thickness specifications are strictly adhered
to.

Installation verification to confirm that all relevant
clearances, tolerances, and performance data are acceptable
and recorded for future reference.

Material/Vendor source inspections - This activity
covers inspections of manufactured components such
as structural steel shapes, or specific equipment such
as pumps, compressors or engines.

Fabrication Inspections - This activity entails conducting
inspections at manufacturer's facilities for skid components
or modules comprising of sections of the project.

Construction Inspection - This activity monitors the
new construction/conversion/upgrade activities such
as materials verification, component weldment/fabrication
with NDT activities, verification of alignment for structural
continuity, outfitting and installation of the equipment
or machinery with the subsequent operational testing.

Assist once with the monitoring of the weight control
measures.
