RCM LEADER™

  • Easy-To-Use Graphical Interfaces
    RCM LEADER™ uses hierarchical trees to display the relationships among different aspects of the RCM analysis, including trees for equipment items, functions and functional failures, and the RCM analysis. Two graphical interfaces allow you to see "the forest and the trees" - that is, the associations among these trees.

  • Multiple FMECA Methods
    Because different RCM analysts may choose to conduct FMECAs differently, RCM LEADER™ has been configured with two of the most common FMECA methods, top-down and bottom-up. In addition, RCM LEADER™ allows you to define your own FMECA method.

  • Integrated Documentation with Microsoft® Office™
    RCM LEADER™ generates analysis reports with Microsoft Word or ExcelT so you can easily integrate your analysis results with other analysis report documentation. In addition, RCM LEADER™ contains several standard report formats you can customize or use as is.
