...henceforth referred to as the "Evaluee", for the evaluation of the following software (the "Software")

Terms and Conditions

This agreement, upon submittal by a duly authorised representative of the Evaluee and acceptance by the Licensor, makes the software identified above, together with associated manual(s) if supplied, available to the Evaluee for evaluation purposes under the following terms, including any special conditions included below:

1. This evaluation license is granted to the Evaluee to use the Software for evaluation purposes only.
2. The Evaluee may not use, or permit the software to be used for commercial gain, monetary or otherwise. Use of the software to reproduce or duplicate material that may be produced in the business of the Evaluee is permitted for comparison/evaluation purposes, but provided that any output is not used for commercial gain as described above.
3. You may install the Software on one computer (the "Computer") at the premises identified above and may use the Software during the evaluation period free of charge.
4. You may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit the Software. You may not modify the Software or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
5. The Software and associated manual(s), if supplied, are provided on an as-is basis without any warranty and the Licensor shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Software or associated manual(s).
6. On completion of the evaluation period, unless the Evaluee decides to purchases a full license (which may be obtained only by entering into the terms of which are subject to a software separate license agreement with the Licensor), the Software will be erased from the Computer and all media and materials supplied by the Evaluee either destroyed or returned to the Licensor.

The evaluation period upon supply of the license key is normally 30 days. Keys are supplied by e-mail, together with the expiry date of the evaluation period.
